We love that we have all the ingredients in our pantry already, like garlic, natural peanut butter, coconut milk (unsweetened), Greek yogurt, red apples, celery stalks, chopped peanuts, iceberg lettuce, and of course, boneless, skinless chicken strips.
You also just need one skillet to make the dish, and with five simple steps, we estimate cooking/prep time rounds out to under 10 minutes.
