We’re especially excited to introduce today’s Freshly’s New Meal of the Week. Why, you ask? This grilled chicken dish, served with spaghetti squash cakes and swish chard, was inspired by L.A.-based chef Zach Jarrett, our first partner chef in the newly launched Freshly Tastemakers program.
Zach kickstarted his career at L.A.’s meat & charcuterie house, Salt’s Cure, before moving onto SQUIRL, and now Alimento. Zach is a modern meat man with a taste for whole foods and single ingredients, which is why you’ll be able to taste all of the full-bodied, natural flavors of sweet squash, tender chicken, and sautéed chards. We’d also like to add that this dish contains a solid 46 grams of protein – that’s more than 80 percent of the daily recommended recommended amount of protein for men and women. Hello, energy.
