It’s not a barbecue without mayo.
One of the challenges with eating clean is finding tasty alternatives to the condiments we grew up with as a kid. Whether it was a barbecue, a baseball game, or a friend’s backyard party, more often than not, ketchup and mayo were probably involved. They aren’t the healthiest of condiments, which is why we’re so excited to share this clean recipe for an energizing and incredibly easy-to-make paleo “mayo” from the Whole Fork. Got 5 minutes to make it?
According to recipe creator Tiffany, you can store the mayo in your fridge for up to one week. Our suggestion: Whip it up on Sunday, and you’ll have a delicious topping for your deviled eggs, burgers, or chicken salad for the upcoming days.
You only five ingredients (eggs, vinegar, salt, plain mustard, and avocado oil) and a blender to make it. We think it’s kid-friendly and tasty to boot. Find the full recipe on Whole Fork. For the low-carb burgers to match, check out our post on our three favorite healthy burger recipes.
